Shipping & Assembly Policy
We’re here to make your delivery experience smooth and hassle-free!
From the moment you place your order to the day your equipment arrives, our goal is to keep you informed and supported every step of the way.
Order Confirmation
Right after you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know we’ve got it and are starting to process it.
Delivery Timeframe
Most orders arrive within 1 to 2 weeks. During busy seasons or in certain areas, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Within 24 hours of your order, a friendly Goliath team member will reach out to confirm your purchase and share your estimated delivery window.
Assembly Service
Assembly is not included with standard delivery, but we offer professional assembly if you want it!
If you’d like us to assemble your equipment upon delivery please email us at goliathgymequipment@gmail.com. We’ll provide a custom quote based on your location and your order.
Delivery Coordination
Once your order is ready, we will send you a message with your estimated delivery date and time. If you have any special delivery requirements or need delivery on a specific date, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that, similar to Amazon and other freight carriers, all gym equipment deliveries are curbside or driveway drop-offs. If you need assistance moving the equipment inside your home, garage, or property, we may be able to provide this service for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance to discuss availability and pricing.
Important Delivery & Assembly Notes

Please make sure your delivery path is clear and accessible.
If delivery involves stairs, tight hallways, narrow doorways, or other access challenges, please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
Standard delivery and assembly services are provided on the first floor (ground level) only. If you require delivery or assembly on a second floor, upstairs area, basement, or any other non-ground-level location, additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of access and the size of the equipment.
