Shipping & Assembly Policy
We’re here to make your delivery experience smooth and hassle-free!
From the moment you place your order to the day your equipment arrives, our goal is to keep you informed and supported every step of the way.
Order Confirmation
Right after you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know we’ve got it and are starting to process it.
Delivery Timeframe
Most orders arrive within 1 to 2 weeks. During busy seasons or in certain areas, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Within 24 hours of your order, a friendly Goliath team member will reach out to confirm your purchase and share your estimated delivery window.
Assembly Service
Assembly is not included with standard delivery, but we offer professional assembly if you want it!
If you’d like us to assemble your equipment upon delivery, just select the "Assembly Service" option at checkout or email us at goliathgymequipment@gmail.com. We’ll provide a custom quote based on your location and your order.
Delivery Coordination
As your delivery date approaches, our team will contact you to schedule a convenient day and time for drop-off. We’ll also confirm whether you’ve requested assembly so we can plan accordingly.
